Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy

"Allow yourself to see what you don't allow yourself to see."  Milton Erickson

Hypnosis is naturally occurring state where the analytical, conscious part of our mind becomes relaxed and distracted what allows our subconscious mind becomes more open and receptive. Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis for therapeutic purposes. It involves a partnership between therapist and client to achieve the changes that you want. We work together to first clarify what you want to achieve, then we apply hypnosis to relax your mind, so you can understand how your past experiences determine the way you experience your life today. When you relaxed in this way it’s easy to make connections between your past experiences and your present thoughts, feelings and behaviors, uncover unhelpful, limiting beliefs, find solutions and present them to your subconscious mind in a acceptable way.

You are always in control of the session, and you can snap out of the trance at any time, if you need to. You allow yourself to go into the trance, to the level you are comfortable with. You are normally aware of the everything that is said and done in the session and recall as much as you would from an ordinary conversation.

In general, people experience hypnosis as relax, focused state of awareness and absorption. It is similar to states you go in and out of throughout the day like driving a car, reading a book, watching TV and going to sleep. Modern neuroscience has proved that this calm, focused, more suggestible state of mind creates the right conditions for powerful, transformative, and permanent changes to take place. Imagine accessing your inner powers, your inner resources to move forward and live more fulfilling life.
