My Approach
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy
“You cannot teach a man anything, you can only help him to find it for himself.”
Galileo Galilei
A core belief of the solution-focused approach is that you have the necessary skills and resources to find solutions to your problems. The therapist will work alongside you, asking questions to help you recognize where you are, visualize where you’d like to be, and develop your own strengths to make that solution a reality. These new strategies and solutions are then reinforced in hypnosis to engage your subconscious mind in helping make the changes you’d like.
NLP

"If what you are doing isn't working, do something different."

In essence, NLP is an innovative approach to communication, personal development and psychotherapy. It’s a set of practical language skills everyone can acquire and use to improve how they communicate and enhance their mental state. Milton H. Erickson – the grandfather of modern hypnotherapy – had a key role in the development of NLP and many modern hypnotherapists incorporate NLP principles and techniques into their hypnosis practice.
NLP way of thinking and analysing the world is very impowering and action orientated. This unique approach provides practical ways in which you can change the way you think, view the past, even the most traumatic events differently and have better control over your present and future life.
Analytical Hypnotherapy
“Hypnoanalysis enables the therapist to locate the source of the inner conflicts, and this is the best technique I know for getting to the root of the problem.” – Dave Elman
Analytical Hypnotherapy, works, based on the principle of cause and effect. Every symptom has un underlying cause and once the cause has been established, the emotional experience can be understood and addressed with multiple therapeutic methods. It is a powerful, in-depth approach that can be used to resolve the most stubborn symptoms. The objective of Hypnoanalysis is to bring the client to a “moment of surprising and liberating enlightenment”, and one can be fairly confident that a release will be obtained within 4 to 12 sessions.
