Throughout a 2-hour session, you will be treated to massages on various parts of your body including your legs, arms, back, abdomen, head, hands, and feet. There will be four different body positions employed in order to target the muscles, joints and acupressure points which include sitting, lying face down, lying face up, and lying on your side. The session will conclude by providing a massage to the face, hands, and feet.

For individuals looking for a briefer experience (90 minutes), I am pleased to present Thai Yoga massage, which will primarily target the persistent tightness in the back, neck, and shoulder regions. Once again, the muscles, joints, and acupuncture points will be targeted using all four positions: supine, prone, side-lying, and seated.
